Chiken- 1 kg

Spinach-500 gms

Peeled Garlic-15 gms

Peeled onion-250 gms

Coriander leaves-20gms

Lemon juice-1/2 cup

Green mango-20gms

Green chili-20 gms

Red chili powder-1 tsp

Salt-1 tsp


Marinate the chicken with lemon juice and half green chili paste,and half garlic paste at least 1 hour.

Then boil the spinach. Mixed all the ingredients except onion and red chili powder in a mixing.

Take a Karai or bowl and pour 4 tsp any white oil and tsp butter (Amul).

Then give rest of the chopped onion .pinch of salt and half tsp chili powder.

When the onion becomes brown give the marinated chicken and half cup of water.

When the chiken will be ready give the spinach mixer on it.

keep 5 to 7 mnts on the oven and last 2tsp amul butter.

The Harialy Chiken or Chiken Harialy is ready.

Serve with paratha.
